Clark, Willard F. “Buck” of Quincy August 2, 2007. Beloved husband of Marylou (Costello) Clark. Loving father of Gene Clark & his wife Patti of Middleboro, Dean Clark & his wife Lynn of Weymouth, and the late Steven P. Clark and his fiancée Joanna Rapalje. Devoted “Papa” of Christopher Milton, Michael Clark & fiancée Tereasa Bumpus, Erica Clark, and MaryGrace Clark. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Tuesday 5-8 PM. Funeral service in Christ Church, 12 Quincy Ave., Quincy Wednesday at 10 AM. Buck served in the Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was serving on the USS Pennsylvania during the attack on Pearl Harbor and was mistakenly reported killed in action. He was also reported missing in action on two seperate occasions and was a recipient of two Purple Hearts. He worked as a warehouse foreman for High Grade Shoe Factory in Weymouth, Knox Glass and Containers, Inc, both in Cambridge, retiring in 1973. Buck and his wife were foster parents to almost 200 children from 1981-2001. Donations in memory of “Buck” may be made to the Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
