Mr. Waldon L. “Wally” LaRosee of Weymouth, passed away suddenly on July 1, 2022.
Born in Newton, a son of the late Waldon and Ruthie LaRosee, Wally had lived in Weymouth for many years. He was the former owner and operator of WL LaRosee Plumbing and Heating. A daily and active communicant at the Weymouth Collabrative of both Saint Jerome’s and Immaculate Conception in Weymouth, Wally always could be found and filling the role wherever asked. Wally was a former Assistant Scoutmaster and active with both the Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts.He was always willing to help others and just loved and lived life to the fullest. A family man indeed, he cherished the wonderful times spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Wally will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him. He also was a proud Vietnam veteran serving with the United States Navy.
Beloved husband of Frances L. “Franni” (Eastman) LaRosee of Weymouth.
Loving father of Eric LaRosee and his wife, Hillary, of Greenwich, CT. and Kerri LaRosee and her husband, Tim Partridge, of Boston. Cherished Grampy to Charlie, Emilia, and Aubrey. Brother of the late Peter LaRosee. Brother in law of Anne and Tom O’Reilly, Michael and Nancy Eastman, Frank Eastman, Geraldine and Frank Reed, Chere Marcotte, and the late Mary Volonino. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).
Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brigham and Women’s Hospital Transplant Division, 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115 or to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Avenue, #2, Norwood, MA 02062.
