Virginia M. D’Amato

D’Amato, Virginia M. (Buckley) of Marshfield, died July 16, 2013 after a long illness. 

Virginia attended Bridgwater State College.  She had a passion for fashion, shopping and computers.  Virginia loved the holidays, especially Christmas and celebrating with those she loved.  She was a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and was very active in her Catholic faith.  Virginia’s main passion was her family.  She will be sadly missed.

Beloved wife of Robert D’Amato of Marshfield.  Loving mother of Robert D’Amato Jr. and his wife Stacy of Apex, NC and Lisa Michaud and her husband Michael of Holbrook.  Beloved Mimi of Raquel, Alexia, Alyssa and Carly.  Caring sister of John, Frank “Wick”, Leo, Gail and Charles Buckley and the late Edward Buckley. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
