Virginia M. Casey

Virginia M. (Pepe) Casey of Weymouth, formerly of Quincy, died August 28, 2018 at the age of 70.

Virginia was a graduate of Quincy High School, class of 1965. Among the places she worked were Prudential Insurance, Quincy Shipyard, Dow Badger, Boston Medical Lab, Stone and Webster, Shaw Group and as a real estate agent on the South Shore. She enjoyed golf, bowling, softball, and motorcycles. An artistic person, Virginia enjoyed gardening and traveling the world. She was a member of the Quincy Elks Lodge and the St. Joseph Church Choir in Quincy. Virginia was a vibrant  woman in all aspects of her life.  Her family and friends will miss her dearly.

Virgina was the daughter of the late Nicholas A. and Marie A. (Dantoni) Pepe. Sister of Anthony Pepe and wife MaryAnne of Plymouth, Dorothy M. Nogueira of Halifax, and the late Nicholas M. Pepe. Aunt of Lorna Nogueira, Angela Joy, Sandra Nogueira, Krysten Condon, Kevin Pepe, Don-Paul Nogueira. Also survived by many grand nieces and nephews and one great grand niece.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Virginia may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
