Welliver, Virginia A. “Ginny” (Bremner) of Quincy, January 17, 2002. The beloved and devoted wife of 54 years to Norval “Obie” Welliver of Quincy. Loving mother of Michael M.and her husband Charles Cowan of Plymouth and Kathleen N. and her husband David DiBona of Quincy. Sister of Mary Kurpeski of Hyde Park and the late K. Doris Spear and Philip Bremner. Devoted grandmother of Amy N. and David A. DiBona both of Quincy and Jason L. Cobb of Weymouth and Matthew N. Cobb of Plymouth. Great Grandmother of Haley E. Cobb. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Monday at 11am . Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 and 7- 9 PM. Burial will be private.
