Vincent Ernest Todd Jr.

Vincent Ernest Todd Jr. of Quincy, died peacefully in his home on Sunday, October 6, 2024. He was 87.

Vincent was born in Quincy on August 30, 1937, and was the son of the late Vincent and Helen (Murphy) Todd. He was raised in Squantum and attended local schools. Vincent worked as an elevator constructor with Local 4.

Vincent was the beloved husband of Sheila M. (Folger) Todd, with whom he shared many loving years of marriage. He was the devoted father of Vincent Todd III and his wife Anna of New York, Daniel Todd and his wife Jennifer Mills of Marshfield, Catharine Todd and her husband Warren Macek of Wellesley. Vincent was the loving grandfather of Anna Macek of Cambridge, Daniel Macek of Wellesley, David Macek of Wellesley, Nadia Todd of New York, and Adam Todd of New York. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Saturday, October 12, 2024, 8:30-9:30 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. 

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 10 AM at Divine Mercy Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Cremation will follow.

Vincent will be interred privately in St. Mary's Cemetery, Quincy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Vincent's name to Divine Mercy Parish, 386 Hancock St., Quincy, MA 02171.
