Powers, Venetia M. “Natia” (Danieli) of Milton, formerly of Quincy, So. Boston, & Dorchester, August 4, 2007. Wife of the late Edward J. Powers, Sr. Loving mother of Edward J., Jr. & his wife Margaret of Braintree, Rosemary V. & husband John Shea of Milton, Carole A. & husband Robert MacAleese of Braintree, Janet C. Powers of Quincy, Joan Marie Nee and the late Donald E. Powers. Sister of the late Adele Ferrari, Roma Carey, Pauline Nixon, Albert, Joseph, and Frank Danieli. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Thomas More Church, 8 Hawthorn Road (off Elm St.), Braintree at 10 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. “Natia” was very active at 1000 Southern Artery in Quincy when she lived there. She was a wonderful painter, enjoyed crocheting and participated in bowling leagues with her husband. Most of all, she will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
