Lymberopoulos, Vasilios H. of Quincy, died February 3, 2015.
Beloved husband of Giannoula (Dionisopoulos) Lymberopoulos of Quincy. Loving father of Harilaos “Harry” and Peter Lymberopoulos of Quincy and the late Diana “Sula” Lymberopoulos. Brother of Gregoria Skopelitis of Norwood. Vasilios is also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.
Vasilios was born in Filiatra, Messinias, Greece. He came to the United States in 1969. He was a machinist at Pneumatic Scale in Quincy for 25 years before retiring. Vasilios was an avid fisherman who loved fishing the waters of Cape Cod. He was an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his family who meant the world to him. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, 119 Common Street, Braintree, MA 02184. Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM in St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, Braintree. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
