Tyler A. Collins

Collins, Tyler A. of Quincy, formerly of Rochester, New Hampshire died May 14, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.

Loving husband of Lynn (Walsh) Collins of Quincy. Beloved son of John “Jack” and Abigail “Abbie” Collins of Rochester, NH.  Devoted brother of Rebecca Baptiste and her husband William of Somersworth, NH, Mat Collins and his wife Melissa of Lebanon, ME and Paulette Juilfs and her husband Deland of Princeton, MN. Cherished uncle of Anna, Lauren and Brynn Baptiste, Peyton and Christopher Collins and Samantha and George Juilfs.  Dear son in law of Linda and Roderick Walsh of Bridgewater.

Tyler was born and raised in Rochester, NH.  He was a graduate of Spaulding High School and University of New Hampshire where he was a member of “Phi Mu Delta”. Tyler earned his Masters Degree from Boston University. He worked for the Veterans Administration at the West Roxbury VA for the past 3 years. Tyler enjoyed skiing, watching movies and was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He loved living close to the beach and the City.  Most of all Tyler cherished spending time with his wife Lynn.  He will be missed by his family and friends who had the pleasure to have known him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:15 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 11 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
