Trudy L. Cavanaugh

Cavanaugh, Trudy L. (Boothby) of Quincy, died on June 01, 2010. She was 86. Beloved wife of the late William T. Cavanaugh. Devoted mother of Terry T. Cavanaugh and his wife Nancy of Alaska, Timothy C. Cavanaugh and his wife Sharon of New Hampshire, Cathy Pagnani and her late husband Bill of Braintree and the late Thomas W. Cavanaugh and his wife Sandra Cavanaugh currently of Milton. Loving sister of the late Esther Fuller and William Boothby. Cherished grandmother of Matt, Katie, Sam, Adam, Aaron, Sarah, Amanda, Billy and 3 great-grandchildren. Trudy was born in Belmont and has been a Quincy resident for the last 56 years. She worked as a waitress for Newcomb Farms Restaurants in Quincy and Milton for 25 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of AARP and in her early days she was on Broadway. Trudy enjoyed being surrounded her family and loved ones, including her cat Willy. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Friday 4 – 7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Trudy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38105.
