Monahan, Thomas V. of Squantum February 9, 2006. Beloved son of Mary T. (Burke)and the late Hugh (Vinny ) Monahan, Loving brother of Kathleen M.and Jane F. Monahan of Quincy, Maryanne B. and her husband John Vincent White of Marshfield, A. Patricia (Tish) and her husband Gerard Fernandez , John P. and his wife Suzanne , Colleen F. Monahan-White and her husband Kevin all of Squantum, and the late Edward H. Monahan. Nephew of Thomas Burke of Squantum, and Sr. Catherine Monahan,OSC of Roxbury. Devoted uncle of serveral Nephews and Nieces. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 10:30AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 11:30 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 3- 7 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Tommy was a 1979 graduate of North Quincy High School. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 82 for 25 years. He loved his friends and enjoyed many trips to Florida with them. Boating, the ocean and spending time in the sun was one of his favorite pastimes. The most important thing to Tom was his family , he was the favorite uncle to several nieces and nephews.
