Thomas V. Kelley

Kelley, Thomas V. of Quincy, formerly of South Boston, December 6, 2007. Beloved husband of 25 years to Margaret (Kelly) Kelley. Husband of the late Mary (O’Brien) Kelley. Loving father of Ginny Bates of Plymouth, Kate Kelley of Hanover, Patricia Perry-Brown and Thomas V. Kelley, Jr., both of South Boston. Brother of the late Mary Grafton, Charles, and John Kelley. Also lovingly survived by 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Mr. Kelley worked as an accountant at the Charlestown Navy Yard for many years. After retirement, he worked as First Mate on the Provincetown to Boston Passenger Boat. He loved the ocean and golfing. For over 30 years he was the “Santa” at the annual orphans Christmas party at the Boston Naval Shipyard. Everyone that met Mr. Kelley loved Mr. Kelley. He will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the NORTH QUINCY Keohane Funeral Home, 333 Hancock St., NORTH QUINCY, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
