Thomas Paul Coté

Thomas Paul Coté, age 61, passed away on August 29, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

Born on August 30, 1957 in Quincy, MA, he was the son of the late Joseph E. Coté and Mary E. (Glennan) Coté.

Tom was a well-respected Police Officer and Detective for over 35 years at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He later became Director of Student Safety at Northeastern and retired in 2015. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on his house, doing wood work and spending time with his family. Tom was known for his interesting sense of humor, love of action & superhero movies, and his love for homemade spaghetti.

Tom is survived by his five children: John, Tommy, Krystal, Bobby and Kaitlyn; his many loving grandchildren; and his 9 siblings: Mary, Joey, Kathy, Theresa, Peggy, Michelle, Jeanette, Jeannine, and Billy.

Out of respect for Tom’s wishes, no services will be available to the public.
