Welch, Thomas P. of Quincy, April 7, 2006. The beloved husband of 54 years to Alice T. (Davis) Welch of Quincy. Loving Father of Alice F. and her husband William O’Neill of Quincy , Michael J. Welch and his wife Donna of Braintree, Kevin J. Welch and his wife Janice of Taunton, Robert B. Welch of Quincy, Jennifer Parker and her husband Wayne of Whitman and the late Thomas P. Welch, Jr., Brother of the late Edward & James Welch, Mary Krahn, Margaret Fazekas and Anne Laucha. Thomas is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, No. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Monday 2- 4 & 7- 9 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. W.W.II Navy veteran. Thomas grew up in Dorchester and entered the United States Navy in 1944 he served during W. W. II and was honorably discharged in 1947. He worked for the Brinks Corp. for 25 years as a vault cashier retiring back in 1989. His family remembers him as a very devoted father and loving husband. He died on his 79th birthday. He will be sadly missed by his family.
