Thomas J. Feerick, Sr.

Feerick, Thomas J., Sr. of Norton formerly of Quincy, September 22, 2005. Former husband of the late Margaret (Spillane) Feerick. Loving father of John J., Thomas J., Jr.; both of Pembroke, Karen M. Adler of Braintree and Maura A. Cirillo of VT. Brother of Nancy Cashman of Canton, Nora Manning of Weymouth, Eileen Lopez of AZ, Sean Ferrick of Duxbury, Bridget McNamara of Ireland, Joseph of England and the late James and Mary Williams. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Thomas left Ireland at the age of 16 and worked for approximately 8 years traveling through Europe before emigrating to the United States in 1962. He settled in Dorchester and began working in the fence industry for the Yeomans O’Connor Fence Company. He later worked for the Meade & McGrath Fence Company. He started his own business, Feerick Fence Company in 1965 and ran it until 1992. He then established the Inner City Fence Company in 1993 and was working to the present. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Monday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 9 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Mr. Feerick may be made to the American Cancer Society South Regional Center 1115 W.
