Dolan, Thomas J. of Quincy, Nov. 2, 2002. Son of the late John J and Mary J. (Mulcahy) Dolan. Beloved cousin of Sister Katrina Mulcahy, CSJ, of Framingham, Donna Mock and her husband, Kevin, Thomas W. and Michael P. Sullivan, Jeremy M., Ryan T. and Kevin Mock, Jr., all of Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, North Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.Mr. Dolan was raised in Readville. As a youth he played football and basketball for the Readville Athletic Club. He was a 1952 graduate of Boston College. He worked at the South Postal Annex in South Boston for 31 years, retiring in 1989. A member of the DAV – Ch. 10 in Boston, the American Legion Post No. 0382, the Veterans of Foreign Wars – Post 613 in Quincy,the National Right ot Life Assoc. and the Boston College Alumnia Assoc., he also volunteered as a guide on the Nantucket Light Ship. During WWII, he served in the Navy on the ship USS Cockrill, DE/398. Donations in memory of Mr. Dolan may be made to Mass.
