Thomas Francis Kearney

Kearney, Thomas Francis of Hingham, December 21, 2009. Beloved husband of Eileen P. (Casey) Kearney of Hingham. Loving brother of the late Leo Kearney and Esther “Babe” Griffin. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Kearney was a Personnel Director for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Department of Mental Health. He retired in 1985 after a twenty year career. Thomas served as a U.S. Marine during WWII and was a member of the VFW Post in S. Boston and the McKeon Post in Dorchester. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Sunday, 2-6 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Monday, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
