Theresa Seegraeber

Theresa E. Seegraeber, 95 of Quincy. Died July 20, 2009 at John Scott House Nursing Home after a long illness. Loving sister of the late Frank Seegraber, Gertrude Brooker & Marie Palmer and aunt of the late Mary Susan Bryant. Survived by sister in-law Edith Seegraber of Quincy, nieces and nephews Barbara, Jean, Rita, Lori, John & Paul Seegraber of Quincy; Claire Brennan & Carol Murray of Weymouth; Frank Seegraber of Montana; Richard Seegraber of Minnesota; James Brooker & Mary Grace Palmer of Arizona; and David Palmer of Texas. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews. Theresa was born in Boston in 1913 and worked at Boston Edison Co. from 1934 to 1951. In 1951 she went to work as a reservationist for United Airlines in both Boston and Chicago. Theresa moved back to Quincy upon her retirement from United Airlines in 1976. Throughout her life, Theresa was an avid traveler, sports fan, reader, and lover of lobster! Graveside burial service at New Calvary Cemetery in Mattapan on Wednesday July 29th at 11AM.
