Theodore J. Paquette

Paquette, Theodore J. “Ted” of Hingham, January 12, 2005. Beloved husband of the late Cecile D. (Arsenault). Loving father of Arthur W. and his wife Susan and Rene J. Paquette, both of Hingham. Brother of the late Roland Paquette, Rita Bessette, Lorraine Platt and Bernard Paquette. Grandfather of Sarah and Jessica Ricketson, both of Sandwich. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.Ted was a member of the Hingham Knights of Columbus Council #3089. He served as their Financial Secretary. He was actively involved in the Hingham Farmer’s Market for several years. Ted was an avid gardener and farmer. He had several fruit trees on his property as well as blueberry and raspberry bushes. He is well known in Hingham for his raspberry jams. He has been active in Church of the Resurrection since he moved to Hingham in 1954. He has served as an usher for 50 years and an alter server. Mr. Paquette volunteered for many of the churches programs and functions over the years. He is especially proud of being a grandfather and has formed a strong bond with his granddaughters. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
