Manning, Teresa (O’Reilly), 60, of North Quincy, died at home November 12, 2005 after a long illness. She is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph “Jerry” Manning, of 38 years. Loving mother and mother-in-law to Michelle and Matt Myers of Marshfield, Joseph and Heather Manning of Weymouth, Karen Manning of North Quincy, Stephen and Daniela Manning of Weymouth and William and Amber Manning of Quincy. Beloved daughter of Elizabeth O’Reilly and the late John O’Reilly of Dorchester and grandmother to Patrick and Catherine Manning of Weymouth. She is also survived by her 9 siblings: Elizabeth, John, Mary, Kathleen, Joseph, Irene, Stephen, Patricia and Annmarie; and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Milton Cemetery. Terri was incredibly passionate about providing day care. Her work was not a job, it was her calling. She loved children. She was an active participant in Cursillo and volunteered at the Holy Cross Father’s Retreat House in Easton, as well as My Brother’s Keeper. Along with her husband Jerry, Terri ran the Christmas gift giving program at Sacred Heart Church. Faith was the center of Terri’s life. People that met her felt an instant connection. She had a way of drawing people in and making them at ease. She was a special person and will be greatly missed by all she touched.
