Susan F. Swan

Susan F. Swan,  of Marshfield, formerly of Lakeville and S. Weymouth, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2018. Sue was born on February 11th, 1961 (57), in Dorchester, MA.

Sue worked as a special needs aide for Road to Responsibility where she touched the lives of many students and co-workers. Sue also worked at Roche Bros and was known by many customers for her bright personality. Sue cherished spending time with her family at Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH and Lovewell Pond in Fryeburg, ME. She enjoyed the ocean and walks on Rexhame Beach in Marshfield with her dog, Rufus. Sue was an amazing cook and loved hosting family holidays. She had a passion for music, dancing and animals. She also loved taking scenic rides on her motorcycle.

Sue will always be remembered for her warm heart and vibrant soul. She will be dearly missed by family, friends and everyone that knew and loved her. Beloved daughter of Mary E. Swan (Bellew) and the late Thomas M. Swan of S. Weymouth and formerly of Dorchester. Loving Sister of Beth Brogna (Swan) of Westwood/S. Weymouth. Adored Mother to her children Kristin, Nicholas, and Matthew Jablonski of Lakeville. Former spouse of Mark Jablonski of Sandwich. Endeared Aunt to the late Derek and Jason Brogna of Westwood. Fiance and lifetime companion of Rick Campbell of Holbrook. Best friend of her beloved dog, Rufus.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 1:30 – 4:30 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
