Ricciarelli, Steven F. of Quincy, formerly of Braintree, passed away November 4, 2011 at the age of 53. Steven worked as a cook for many years at the Olympian Diner and Maria’s Restaurant, both in Braintree. He then went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service as a Letter Carrier in Boston, something he was very proud of, retiring in 2010. He enjoyed woodworking, cooking and sports but his main passion was spending time with his family. They describe him as a kind, quiet, unassuming man who worked hard and always took care of his family. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was the beloved husband of Lynda M. (Connolly) Ricciarelli of Quincy. Devoted father of Justin P. Ricciarelli of Quincy. Cherished son of Paul G. Ricciarelli, Sr. of Braintree and the late Colette (Frechette) Ricciarelli. Loving brother of Lynn Groleau of Pembroke, Tammy Murphy of Wareham and the late Paul G. Ricciarelli, Jr. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Steven may be made to the Ricciarelli Education Fund, c/o Bank of America, 690 Adams Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
