Stanley R. Wilson

Wilson, Stanley R. of Quincy November 3, 2008. Beloved son of the late Alexander and Elizabeth Wilson. Loving brother of the late Betty Ann Wilson. Loving cousin of Ann (Bowes) Shaughnessy and her husband Dick and their children Alexandria and James, all of Duxbury. Stanley was a longtime resident of Quincy. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Wilson was an engineer for Raytheon in Waltham for many years. He was very active in his church which included singing in the choir. Stanley was an avid sports fan, particularly enjoying the Red Sox and New England Patriots. He enjoyed travelling and was proud of his Scottish heritage. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral service in St. Chrysostom’s Episcopal Church Saturday at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Stanley’s memory to St. Chrysostom’s Church, 1 Linden Street Quincy, MA 02170.
