Shirley E. Mason

Shirley E. (Maxwell) Mason of Taunton, died January 28, 2017.

Shirley lived in Dorchester for many years before retiring to Brooksville, Florida with her husband. She enjoyed traveling the country, line dancing and ceramics. After her husband’s passing Shirley’s travel expanded to foreign countries including Australia, China and the UK. She will be dearly missed. 

Beloved wife of the late George B. Mason. Devoted mother of Lester Hamilton and his wife Holly of Raynham, Geraldine Foley and her husband Bill of Braintree, Jonathan Mason and his wife Janie of CO, the late Leon C. Mason and his widow Diana of Kingston and the late George B. Mason, Jr.. Mother-in-law of Judy Hamilton of Taunton. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 siblings. 

Services are private.
