Shirley A. Denn

Denn, Shirley A. (Kelly) of Weymouth, died March 3, 2021. Shirley was born April 3, 1947 and raised in Boston to the late Francis and Anne Kelly. She worked for many years assisting people for Blue Cross Blue Shield as a data processing clerk. Shirley enjoyed every moment she spent with her grandkids, loved the beach, dancing and was always very loving and social.  

Beloved wife of 57 years to Roger N. Denn, former Boston Firefighter, of Weymouth. Loving mother of Susan J. Garvin and her husband Ken of Colorado and Sandra Molinari of Whitman. Proud Gramma to Christopher Molinari, Shannon Molinari, Kyle Garvin and Sarah Garvin and Great Gramma to Lilly Belle Molinari. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and predeceased by her daughter Patricia Denn, her son Michael Denn and her brothers, Stephen Kelly and James Kelly.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday, March 12, 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 13, at 10 AM in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth. All other services shall be private. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated in Shirley’s name to The COPD Foundation 3300 Ponce de Leon Blvd Miami, Florida 33134.
