Sharlene (Brennan) Volz

Volz, Sharlene (Brennan) of Hough’s Neck, Quincy, died January 10, 2016. 

Sharlene greatest treasure in this world was her family.  She was a professional thrift shopper, enjoyed cooking, reading, and crafts.  One of her guilty pleasures was an occasional trip to Foxwoods to try her luck.  Sharlene will be remembered for her strength, self reliance, and independence. 

Beloved wife of the late Alfred E. Volz.  Loving mother of Edward Brennan of W. Bridgewater, Michael Brennan of Weymouth, Lawrence Brennan of Taunton, Richard Brennan of TX, Cyndi Stepp of Stoughton, and Shari Johnson of RI.  Sister of Judi Grenier of FL, Anna Nelson of Quincy, Cheryl Bunting of Brockton, Phyllip Bunting of Boston, Richard Bunting of Quincy, and the late William Lane, and William Bunting.  Dear companion of Thomas Morrell of Quincy.  Also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday from 9-11 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM.  Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
