Sean Larue

Sean LaRue, of North Weymouth, died October 23, 2019 of a sudden illness with his family holding his hand right by his side.

A loving and caring husband, a devoted father of  two proud boys and an adored son.  Sean was born and raised in Wethersfield,CT and moved to Massachusetts after meeting his wife Kristine. He attended Assumption College and graduated from UConn with a degree in Engineering. Sean was employed for many years at Insurity located in Hartford, CT and transitioned to his new employment through Duck Creek Technologies in Boston to create a better work, life balance. He held the position of Director of Professional Services at his company. Sean had a passion for life and lived it to the fullest.  He made everyday count and always reminded us that “You only have one life to live and it ain’t no dress rehearsal.”  Sean grew up with a passion for the Arts, Theater & Music.  He also had a tremendous passion for his family weather it be a day on the water or a day at the rink. He was a member of Wessagussett Yacht Club where he held the title of Fleet Captain. He was a proud parent of his boys hockey team The Seahawaks.  He was a parent volunteer for many events at his children’s school South Shore Charter Public School in Norwell. As well as, an avid volunteer to the Marge Crispin Senior Center for Alzheimer’s. He will be beyond missed there are no words.
