Scott M. Braccia

Braccia, Scott M. of Weymouth, passed away November 19, 2018.

Scott graduated from Weymouth Vocational Technical School in 1980. He lived a rich life, always pursuing his passions. Scott could often be found playing his guitar – or any guitar he could get his hands on – as well as writing songs and poetry in his spare time. He was a fan of classic muscle cars. Scott was known to everyone as a kind-hearted, generous man, willing to give you the shirt off his back. Scott’s generosity lives on in the form of the organs he donated to those in need. Scott’s family wants to give a special thanks to the Critical Care Team at South Shore Hospital, for their diligent care and support.

Cherished son of Michael J. Braccia and Patricia Ann Braccia (Moloney). Beloved brother of Mark S. Braccia of Carver, and Michael D. Braccia of Weymouth. Loving uncle to Christina Braccia of Carver, and Zack Braccia of Carver. Also survived by many cousins. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Funeral services will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home. Burial in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Scott may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
