Sandra J. Parker

Parker, Sandra J. (Pratt)  “Sandy” of Weymouth, died December 8, 2014 after a long illness.

Sandy was born, raised, and educated in Weymouth. After she got married she moved to Quincy to raise her family. She worked for many years for State Street bank and, after retiring, moved to Bradenton, Florida where she enjoyed retirement and many visits from her family. Sandy loved trips to Foxwoods and Twin River casinos where the slot machines feared her wrath. Above all else, Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family especially her three grandchildren.

Sandy was the loving mother of Diane Chin of Weymouth and LeeAnn Cerra of Weymouth. Cherished sister to Shirley Nichols of Weymouth and the late Henry Pratt Jr., William Pratt, and Phyllis Leary. Beloved grandmother of Christopher Chin, Ashley Dixon, and Robert Chin. Sandy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street).

In lieu of flowers donations in Sandy’s name may be made to Pat Roche Hospice House at 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell MA 02061.
