Roy E. Gagnon

Gagnon, Roy E. BPD, Ret. Of Quincy formerly of Dorchester, died on May 06, 2010 at the age of 80. Born in TN, Roy was the Son of the late Frank and Iva (Dodson) Gagnon. Beloved husband of Gladys P. (McCauley) Gagnon of Quincy. Loving father of Barbara A. Gagnon of Quincy. Devoted Papa of Amanda L. Gagnon of Quincy. Dear cousin of Billie Frances of TN. Roy was a dedicated Police Officer for the City of Boston for 29 years before retiring in 1992. Roy enjoyed working on cars and taking care of his yard work. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Most of all Roy loved his family and spending time with his granddaughter. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Monday 3 – 6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. The Funeral Service will be held in the Keohane Funeral Home Tuesday at 10:30AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
