Rosemary O. Mcdonald

McDonald, Rosemary O. (Owens) of Weymouth, died May 30, 2017.

Rosemary worked at Archbishop Williams High School for over 15 years. Throughout her life she was proud to serve her community as the first chairwoman for the Department of Public Works, coaching soccer and teaching CCD. What Rosemary enjoyed most in life was spending time with her grandchildren and being with her family at their house on the Cape.

Beloved wife of David W. McDonald of Weymouth. Devoted mother of Nicole Bigelow and her husband Chris of Weymouth, Daniel McDonald and his wife Chandra Manuelpillai of Canton, Lindsey McDonald and her wife Erica Anderson of Foxboro and Sarah McDonald and her wife Courtney Meier of Bridgewater. Cherished Nana of 6 grandchildren with 2 more excitedly on the way. Loving sister of Maureen Nigrelli of Braintree, Linda Bulman of Hanover, Patricia Harvey of Abington and Nancy Owens of Holbrook. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Weymouth.
