Rosemarie Patricio

Rosemarie (Pagnani) Patricio, a lifelong resident of Quincy passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022.  She was 72.

She was born in Quincy to Michelina (Cushera) and Belardino Pagnani and raised in Quincy.  After graduating from Quincy High School, she attended Hanover Beauty Academy in which she obtained her hairdressers license-then working in the field for some time.   She was employed by Talbots and retired after 35 years of service.

Rosemarie enjoyed shopping trips, taking long rides up  and down the New England coast, and being with her family.  If you had the pleasure of knowing her, you knew how caring and selfless she could be.   She will be remembered for her quick wit, good sense of humor and her compassionate nature.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Devoted wife of 50 years to Fernando “Freddie” Patricio of Quincy.  Loving sister of Marianne Couza and her late husband Brian, and Lois Schramm and her husband Timothy.  Sister-in-law of Sedónio Patricio, Gilda Poirier, and Thelma Medeiros.  Also survived by her nieces Nadine Couza-Polin , Cassandra Schramm, and great-nephew Brian Polin among many other nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Quincy at 11:30 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.  There will be no services held at the Funeral Home.  Please meet at St. Mary’s.  In observance of the Covid 19 virus, and in accordance with the Catholic Church, masks will be required.
