Murphy, Rosemarie A., of Hull, December 19, 2009. Dear friend of the late Joseph J. Monaghan, Esq. Beloved sister of Beatrice M. Mello of Hull, Walter E. Murphy and his wife Olive of Belmont, Robert F. Murphy and his wife Phyllis of Braintree and the late Dr. Francis X. Murphy, Adelaide L. Indrisano, Doris Murphy and Garrett Murphy. Loving aunt of Michael A. Mello of Hull, Thomas J. Mello and his wife Heather of Becket, Joanna M. Hall of Cambridge, VT and Jonathan A. Mello of Hull. Also lovingly survived by many, many nieces and nephews. Rosemarie was born and raised in Dorchester. She was a graduate of Dorchester High School. She summered in Hull most of her life before moving to Hull in 1970. Rosemarie was a supervisor for Commerical Union Insurance Co. for many years before retiring in 1987. Rosemarie was a devout Catholic and Eucharistic Minister who attended Mass every day. Rosemarie had a love for the ocean and enjoyed her daily swims. Rosemarie had a special gift for caring for others. Most of all Rosemarie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nephew Jonathan. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Tuesday 4-8PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 1:15AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in St. Ann’s Church at 2 PM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull. Donations in memory of Rosemarie may be made to St. Ann’s Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 565, Hull, MA 02045.
