Rose M. Mazzola

Rose M. (Pisano) Mazzola of Attleboro, originally from East Boston and Weymouth, passed away peacefully with family by her side on April 9, 2017.

Beloved wife of 62 years to the late Philip M. Mazzola. Devoted mother of Philip Mazzola and his wife May of Wilmington, DE, Linda Mazzola and her husband Daniel Nolan of Plymouth, Maryanne Cormier and her husband Michael of Hanover and Charles Mazzola and his wife Catherine of Attleboro. Proud and loving Nana to Jennifer, Jason, Christopher, Michael, Chris, Rachel, Matthew, Nicholas and Paul. Dear sister of the late John Pisano, Elvira ‘Vera’ Salamone, Joseph, Humbert, and Olympia Canzano. 

Rose was a dedicated homemaker, consistently putting her family’s needs and happiness above her own. Rose worked many years as an accomplished seamstress and was very creative, finding pleasure in crocheting, crafts, baking, and cooking. She enjoyed family gatherings, reading, and trips to the casino.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at St Jeromes Church, 632 Bridge St. in Weymouth on Monday, April 17, 2017.
