Rose M. Giglio

Giglio, Rose M. (Marinello) of Hingham, died on October 08, 2010 at the age of 102. Rose is survived by her son Gino S. Giglio of FL, son in-law Victor Nosiglia and predeceased by her daughter Bernice Nosiglia . A loving sister of the late Anthony, Domenic, Mary and Lucille. Cherished Grandma of 6 grandchildren, 6 great -grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Born in Manhattan, Rose moved to Brooklyn where she lived and worked for over 90 years before moving to Hingham in 1999. She worked as an administrator at Layfette bank in Manhattan until retirement. Rose was the President of the Resident Council at the Harbor House in Hingham, she was a skillful seamstress, excelling in all forms of needlework. Rose was a fantastic cook and loved a good game of cards with her family. Family was always her main passion. She will be sadly missed. Services for Rose are being held in New York where she will be buried in her family plot. A memorial service will be held at Harbor House Nursing Home at a later date.
