Ronald P. Baldassini

Ronald P. Baldassini of Braintree, formerly of North Weymouth, died September 29, 2017 after a brief illness at the age of 54.

A 30 year employee of Fidelity Investments in Boston, Ron worked most recently as Vice President of Tax. Music was a passion for Ron and he played guitar in several bands. Family gatherings, working in the yard and golfing were how Ron preferred to spend his time. He also enjoyed poker games with his long time group of friends.

He was the beloved husband of Julie A. (MacDonald) Baldassini. Loving father of Mark and Eric Baldassini, both of Braintree. Son of the late Frank J. and Dorothy Baldassini. Brother of Linda Greenfield of NY, Frank Baldassini of Duxbury and James Baldassini of Hull. Also survived by special aunt and uncles; many nieces, nephews, cousins and life long friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 AM  prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Braintree at 10:30 AM Cremation will follow.
