Roger K. Manchester

Manchester, Roger K., deeply loved husband of Rachel Manchester and father of Patricia Manchester of Brooklyn, NY, Elaine Pendleton of Weymouth, Debra Mulrooney of Whitman and John Manchester of Hull, died September 18, 2014 in Hull.  Mr. Manchester was born in Fall River, MA on November 1, 1930 to Roger M. and Doris Manchester.  He grew up in Tiverton, RI and was a long time resident of Hull and then of Cape Coral, Florida.

In addition to his wife and children, Mr. Manchester is survived by two of his brothers, Carl Manchester of Tiverton and Larry Manchester of Lakeville, FL.  He was also adored and will be sadly missed by his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. 

For many years, Mr. Manchester ran his own contracting business.  He was honest, smart, hardworking, highly skilled and always ready to have fun.  His passing is marked with great sadness and respect by the many family members, friends and customers who were lucky enough to know him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM.  A memorial service will be held in the First Baptist Church, 85 Main Street, Hingham MA on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 11 AM.
