Robert S. Marcella

Marcella, Robert S., a commercial fisherman and lifetime resident of Hull, passed away on March 18, 2010. Beloved husband of Jane E. (Lannon) Marcella. Loving father of Dominick and Anthony. Son of the late Felix and Ann. Brother of Ronald of Hull, Paul of Marshfield, Richard of Hull, and the late Skippy. Bob is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and fellow fisherman. As a longtime commercial fisherman, Bob captained the FV “Ann Marie”. He was a member of the MA Lobster Assoc. (MLA) and very active in the MA Fisherman’s Partnership (MFP). Bob also enjoyed participating in state fishing research projects. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, St. Ann’s Church, Hull Saturday at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bob may be made at www.RememberingCaptainBob.com.
