Robert S. Jones

Jones, Robert S. “Bob” of Quincy formerly of Dorchester, January 19, 2004. Beloved husband of Martha E. (Davis) of Quincy. Loving father of Christopher and his wife Kathy of S. Easton and Sandra White and her husband Ronald of N. Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Leah White and Rachael and Brendan Jones. Robert was pre-deceased by 8 brothers and sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bob was an avid sports fan and enjoyed the Boston sports teams. He especially loved to watch football. He was a former member of the Quincy Elks and also enjoyed gardening and yardwork. Robert graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School in 1946.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Thursday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial will follow service. Donations in memory of Mr. Jones may be made to American Diabetes Association Greater Boston Chapter 330 Congress Street Boston, MA 02210-1216.
