Robert R. Kustka

Kustka, Robert R. of Wollaston, age 85, died August 14, 2016. 

Bob loved to tell a joke and his delivery was perfect.  He became endeared to all who knew him and collected many friends over the years.  He was passionate about dancing, music, singing and his Boston sports teams.  Bob was always one to support worthwhile charities including veterans groups, the Salvation Army, and his beloved St. Ann’s Church.  He was extremely proud of his family, service in the National Guard, and his career at Gillette.  Bob was a member of the Knights of Columbus in N. Quincy, Quincy Choral Society, St. Ann’s Choir, and the Viking Club of Braintree.  He will be remembered as an easy going and social gentleman.

Beloved husband and best friend, of 64 years, to Eleanor M. (Finnegan) Kustka of Wollaston. Loving father of Robert R. Kustka and his wife Mary of Norwell, Paul G. Kustka and his wife Donna of Wollaston, Audrey M. Kustka of Plymouth, James F. “Jay” Kustka of Wollaston, Kevin J. Kustka of Wollaston, and the late Kenneth J. Kustka and his wife Elizabeth of N. Andover.  Brother of Mary J. Pilkington of CA, and the late William J., Dorothy M. Mullen, George L., Frances R. Dobrynski, Albert J., and Margaret Kustka.  Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.  Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
