Robert Joseph Boudreault, born July 4th, 1930 in Boston.
Robert Joseph Boudreault was special. He used to say everyone was celebrating his birthday all across the USA at the same time. Bob joined the army in 1947 as a radio tech through the GI bill. He went on to become an electronic engineer. He loved to invent. His creative soul never slept even under the cruel attack of brain cancer. His final rest came January 12th 2017. Captain Bob loved boating, fishing & everything to do with the water. Bob loved Florida & relocated with his wife Arlene to Port St. Lucie, Florida in 1994. A day on the boat was something to look forward to & we did. The salty air, wind in our hair, made him smile.
Bob lost his wife Arlene of 58 years 2 years prior. He is survived by his three children: Lorraine & Greg Cerulli of PSL, Florida; Robert Jr.; and Steven; and their families. Bob was one of six children. He is survived by his 2 lovely sisters Margaret & Pete Mascaro & Ruthie (Boudie) Drown of MA & many nieces & nephews & their families. Pre-deceased are brothers Jim, Jerry & Joe.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 AM. Burial in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.
