Kelley, Robert J. Ret. Lt. Q.F.D, of Quincy ,February 6, 2003. The beloved husband of Janice M. (Haygarth) Kelley and the late Gertrude G. (Donovan) and the late Mary J. ( O’Brien). Loving father of Robert J. Kelley, Jr. of Worcester, James J. Q.F.D. & Paul F. Kelley both of Rockland, Nancy K. Davis of WI, Maureen G. Spavento of Milton, Mary J. Sweeney of Hingham and Joan M. Edson of Southboro. Brother of Mary Olson of CA, David F. Kelley of Hingham and Raymond L. Kelley of Woburn and the late Stephen, William J., Thomas E. and Barbara Kelley and the late Ann R. Stefan. Also survived by 16 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint John’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Monday 3-8 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Mr. Kelley was an active parishioner at St. John’s Church. A member of the Presidents Golf Course he also enjoyed travelling. He was a Charter Member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the Massachusetts Fire Prevention Assoc. ( MFPA) He belonged to the Quincy Firefighters Relief Assoc. and was a member of the Quincy Retirement Board for 9 years. Mr. Kelley was awarded roll of merit by the Quincy Fire Dept. A veteran of the United States Navy he was also a lifetime member of the American Legion. Donations in memory of Mr. Kelley may be made to St. John’s Church, 21 Gay Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
