Robert J. Green

Robert J. Green of North Weymouth, died December 18, 2019 at the age of 59.

Rob worked as a correctional officer for Norfolk County and also as a security guard. He was a natural musician and could play multiple instruments. Animals held a special place in Rob’s heart. Compassion and empathy were two of Rob’s greatest traits and he always looked out for those in need.

Rob was the devoted son of the late Dorothy J. (Malcolmson) and Joseph W. Green, Sr. Loving brother of Joseph W. Green, Jr. and his wife Jacqueline of Plymouth. Cherished uncle of Rachel Graves, Sarah Donehey, and Hannah Green. Nephew of John Green of Framingham, Mary Smith of Framingham, and Jack Malcolmson of West Boylston. Also survived by many cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 11:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 12 PM. Burial in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth at a later date.
