Robert J. Delaney

Delaney, Robert J.“Bob” of Quincy, died February 15, 2015.

Bob was born in Quincy and was a graduate of North Quincy High School.   He worked at Meridian Market in Boston as a driver.  Bob was an avid reader and Boston sports fan.  He enjoyed skiing, fishing, traveling  and listening to live music.  Bob loved spending time with his friends and  family especially with his niece and nephews.  He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved him.

Beloved son of Stephen Delaney and Linda (Carlow) Delaney of Quincy.  Loving brother of Paul Delaney and his wife Angela of Milton, Patrick Delaney of Quincy and Laura Raimondi and her huband Mike of Quincy. Cherished uncle of  Jack and Julia Delaney and godfather to his nephew Jeffrey Delaney .  Robert is also lovingly survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

At the request of the Delaney family services are private.
