Robert F. Christmas

Robert F. Christmas of North Weymouth, died February 23, 2020 at the age of 88.

Bob was a lifelong movie buff and enjoyed attending Red Sox games. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He worked as an office manager for Locke Furniture and Goodman knitting. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. Family was everything to Bob. He was happiest at home surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

He was the devoted and doting husband of 69 years to the late Claire A. (O’Connor) Christmas who passed away in December of 2019. Loving father of Cheryl A. Cain and her husband Michael of South Weymouth; Michelle Ham and her husband Wayne of Weymouth; and Shawn K. Christmas and his wife Heidi of Braintree. Proud “Papa” of Paige Murphy, Jake Christmas, Luke Christmas and the late Brook Murphy. Brother of the late Frank Christmas, Roy Christmas and Fred Christmas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Weymouth.
