Arnwine, Robert E. of Braintree, passed away October 22, 2021. Bob was born in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Irene and Charles Arnwine. He attended Trenton Central High School in Trenton, New Jersey and attended Bay State School of Appliances, earning a major appliances or basic electricity certification. Bob was a proud United States Army veteran who was a part of the 101st Airborne division. He also was part of the American Legion Post of Malden and the DAV. For many years Bob worked for the Department of Youth Services and also the owner of Arnie’s Appliance.
He enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, flirting with the ladies, comedy shows, hunting, listening to music and attending concerts, being a food connoisseur and spending time with his family and friends.
Father of Robert E. Arnwine, Jr. and his wife Michele of NJ, Amanda L. Hafez and her husband Ali of NJ, Christine P. Arnwine of Holbrook and William “Billy” Arnwine of Weymouth. Cherished Grandpa of Robert and Michael Arnwine, Damian, Hailey, Tristan and Jace Hafez. Brother of the late Linda Correira. Affectionately known as Uncle Bob to many nieces, nephews and many family friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
A graveside service will take place in MA National Cemetery, Bourne on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 10:45 AM.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at DAV Braintree, MA 2-6 PM.
