Robert C. Reyenger

Reyenger, Robert C. of Quincy, died May 10, 2013.

The focal point of Robert’s life was his loving wife of 66 years and his family.  He enjoyed everything about the water, especially fishing, boating and lobstering.  His parents were both born in Holland and he was especially proud of his Dutch heritage.  Wintering in Florida for 20 years, they enjoyed the warmth, water, bocce and bowling with friends.  Robert was a great provider for his family, had a happy go lucky attitude, and was an amazing example of a hard worker. 

Beloved husband of Florence (Orcutt) Reyenger of Quincy.Loving father of Richard Reyenger and his wife Cheryl of GA, Steve Reyenger and his wife Mary of Weymouth, and Cheryl Fernald and her husband Ken of Quincy.  Brother of Jean Dwyer of Kingston and the late Richard and Theodore Reyenger.  Cherished grandfather of Steven, Greg and Kati Fernald, Jenna Rushton, Beth Manuel and Steven Reyenger, Rachel Abel, Bradley and Brett Reyenger.  Also survived by 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the funeral service at Bethany Congregational Church, Quincy, MA at 10 AM.  Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.  Donations in memory of Robert may be made to Bethany Congregational Church, 18 Spear Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
