Rita Martin

Martin, Rita (Moran) of Quincy, formerly of Neponset, February 19, 2006. Wife of the late John P. “Jack” Martin, Sr. Loving mother of John P. Martin, Jr. & his wife Florence and Elizabeth Mafera, all of Quincy and the late Rita Wilder. Also lovingly survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston At 9 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Rita enjoyed traveling, reading and sewing. Although most of her life was devoted to caring for her family, she did work as a seamstress for Lady Grace for several years. She served as Grand Regent for the Catholic Daughters of America from St. Ann’s Parish in Neponset and she volunteered sewing hospital gowns for various local hospitals.
