Rita M. Purcell

Purcell, Rita M. of Quincy, passed away July 28, 2012. Beloved daughter of the late John J. and Catherine T. (McNeil) Purcell. Sister of the late Helen Carroll, Mary O’Neil, and Andrew, Thomas, and Joseph Purcell. A Beloved Aunt, Rita is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Rita was born in Somerville, and had lived in Quincy for many years. Until her retirement she worked for years as a Head Clerk for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM Burial will follow in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Arlington.
