Richard T. Cunningham

Richard T.  “Richie” Cunningham of Quincy, formerly of Boston, died April 5, 2013. 

Richie was born in Boston and lived in there before moving to Quincy 5 years ago.  He was a waiter in the restaurant business in Boston for many years before retiring due to health problems.  Richie was a very active member and resident of the River Bay Club in Quincy where he had many friends.  He was an avid sports fan especially the Red Sox.  He enjoyed cooking, music and was a huge history buff.  Richie will be remembered by his family as a very intelligent man with a quick whit and an amazing sense of humor.  He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known him.

 Beloved brother of Sr. Mary Frances Cunningham , CP of Rumford, RI, and the late Paul J. and John A. Cunningham.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 8:30-9:30AM   in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY,  prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury. Donations in memory of Richard may be made to the  Whitmarsh House, P.O. Box 72832, Providence, Rhode Island, 02907.
